Shipping and Payments for Phimostretch Rings

Shipping is FREE for everyone no matter where you are located. We ship from United States across the globe. 

It doesn't matter whether you are located in North America, Europe, India, Japan or other parts of Asia, South America, Australia or Africa, we ship everywhere and it is FREE.

The shipping times will vary though depending on where you are located. We have warehouse in United States and India, and working on adding warehouse in Europe.

For customers in United States, we use USPS first class packaging and the timelines are 4 to 5 business days (although you will more than likely receive it sooner than that).

For customers in India, we use local courier service and you should receive the package within 7 to 10 business days. 

For customers in Canada, UK and Germany, the delivery timelines is about 7 to 10 business days.

For customers in Rest of Europe, Australia, Asia ,South America, Middle East and Africa, the delivery timelines is about 3 to 4 wks (Note- May take longer for certain countries) and we use standard shipping to avoid excess shipping cost.

The packaging method we use is plain packaging as most of our customers prefer the packages to be discreet. We do not use any logos or any text on the packaging that gives away what the product is. Hence, you don't need to worry about someone else finding out what the package is about. 

How to choose Free shipping in checkout?

When you reach checkout and enter your details, there will be a button that will say - "Continue to Shipping method". Don't get confused and worried by that.

 

Go ahead and click on the "Continue to Shipping Method" button and it will take you to the next page where "Free Shipping" will automatically be selected for you.

You will just need to press "Continue to Payment Method" after that.

How to make the Payment?

Once you press "Continue to Payment method", it will take you to the next page where you will see "Complete Order" button. Go ahead and press that button. Don't worry, you will not be charged yet and you will still have time to review the order in the next window.

Once you press "Complete Order", it will redirect you to Paypal gateway for payment processing. Don't worry! You don't need to have a paypal account. Once there, you can make payment as a guest using your credit card or debit card number. 

Sometimes, You may also see it as shown in the image below. In that case, just click on the "Pay with Debit or Credit card" button and enter your info as usual. 

Once all the details are filled up, Just go ahead and press "Pay Now" button to complete the payment.

Once the payment is submitted, you will get confirmation emails confirming your payment has been received. 

After the package gets shipped, you will also get tracking numbers via email to track the package.
